I thought that the robberies we were experiencing were just within the town, however on a patrol earlier today
I went through the different tents that known citizens live in where they keep their belongings, every single one
had a lock that had been picked, sometimes even just discarded.

I already notice that our drill Sergeant Derek has written you a notice above mine in regards to legal matters and I
can only agree, currently without laws the militia is having little success in getting peoples help as mostly they refuse
to cooperate. Furthermore the ones we suspect of malpractice we can't enforce fully upon without causing a huge scene.

I can only stress that laws are needed for our towns continuous survival.

On a further note I have a list of all the buildings within the town and their owners for the other project you had in mind,
I will deliver said book to yourself personally when I see you next.
