Buff and Debuff Icons with the timers.

Would it be possible to make a craftable pack that can be applied to bulls similar to swamp dragons armour so that it can be like a pack horse? maybe carry a little less so pack horses are still worth having but more avalible to people as they can tame and apply it themselves assuming skills to craft and tame or purchase from those that do
Could be done with llamas tho? Since they exist with and without the pack in the artwork already. And who sais llamas are rideable anyway, make em so they aint.

Well, part of why we only have pack animals available through out of town merchants, is to act as a gold sink. The travelling merchants sell things to players and then we delete the gold from the game, as a measure against inflation. Since there are no npc's to buy things from on the shard, gold just trades hands between players. And since players are getting more gold from orcs and brigands, the town pile just keeps... piling? So we wanted to offer players things to exchange their gold for, in order to take it out of play. Pack horses and silver weapons are close to the only things being requested that players can't just craft on their own; and we don't want there to be too many silver weapons floating about.
As for pack horses still being better than the "craftable" pack animal, the player-made pack animal would have to be pretty darn awful that players would still spring for pack horses when they could just have 5 of the lesser pack animals following them around. Having pack animals available on any level in player-made form would lower demand, and we're having a hard enough time coming up with gold-sinks as is.

Ok.
Other gold sink ideas:
Housebuildingpermit, building permit of anything really (sheep pens, outhouse etc).
Bankboxes, either one time purchase or a monthly fee. (could even make special bank boxes that are unpickable, but very expencive, with a limited storage capacity)
Lastname changes.
Marriage certificates.
Ofcourse with the coming election, taxes, taxes of any kind. Property taxes, income taxes, protection taxes etc etc.
If the church ever makes something of itself, tithe.
Just a few brainstorms there. Hope it helps.

Altho with the taxes being a goldsink im not sure. If the mayor starts hiring town guards and pays them he'd have to use taxes to pay them, equip them and replace them etc. So that might have to be between the players.

Traps, tinker traps or magic traps(magery), various strengths and bombs or poison etc. Trapping doors, chests etc, to either defend or assassinate.

Not really a full feature, but a request either way. Bandits having some bandages in their loot and imps having some reagents in their loot. Thanks!

Better spawns for hinds and great harts! It's quite difficult to gather any resources if you decide becoming a tailor, compared to miners and lumberjacks.

Deer aren't exactly known for their tendencies to stand around in huge clusters so you can shoot them more easily.

Also just pay for some folk to go with you to the swamp and hire a packhorse, easily get you 2000 leather

Althy can sell you cloth if you need it

I'm Aware, that deers don't do that. But yesterday there were two (!) in three hours. That was quite bad xD

You can always assassinate Althys cows *evil grin*

would it be possible to get a bar to tell you when you are under the influence of a song and what it does? maybe other things like poison pain strike etc too

Yea buff and debuff icons does that, if you drink a strength potion etc you get a buff icon, if youre poisoned/cursed you get a debuff icon etc.
Altho its not here ..yet.

Poison Potions from slayed Spiders would be great! Like, if possible, only if you have an empty bottle with you.

Hrrhm. Like, double click empty bottle, target spider corpse? Sounds interesting!

Thats a awesome idea!

that's the one could not for the life of me remember the name lol but yeah the buff and de-buff stuff would be nice s i get messages saying I play this song or the other but have no idea who is effected, how long for and only the basic idea of what they actually do from the list so I would Imagen that most players aren't even aware the song has benefited them at all
ps an option to actually choose the song would be nice rather than random as IC you wouldn't just play an instrument and hope the song you wanted comes out lol possibly adjust the music box stuff from normal uo to actually play different music when playing different songs?

Currently the music spells don't do anything - that's something I'm working on!
Good point about the random spell choice, though. I'll have a look at the music box stuff.

Backstab/Sneakattack. Yes,yes I know this isn't D&D. But it does make sense, anyone sneaky enough to crawl close enough to an unsuspecting foe and deliver a dagger or sword or whatever melee weapon into someones back deservers a little bonus. 25% damage increase on a melee strike from hiding.

proper house plots we can design ourselves would work well as a gold sink since they cost gold to build and takes a load off the gm's with everyone wanting houses these days obviously they would have to conform to certain limits in keeping with the scenario like all wood walls or 90% cos of stone being rear and so forth and a gm would probably be needed to place the plot and then transfer it over to stop houses going up anywhere and everywhere and would also mean that with the rarity of gold you could have them go up a bit at a time as you got the gold in representing the build progress

@Erjana: I'd blame that on overhunting. The spawners are set to replace them at a rate of 1 per X period of time, so if someone clears the whole forest at once, the next few hours are going to be pretty difficult on anyone that tries hunting after them.
@Althalus: I'm concerned that people will build mansions and/or giant white marble cubes, and that a lot of the empty space will get used up. I -like- empty space. So, we'll look into it but things aren't terrible the way they are. We'll see!
