The militia -ROBBED!-

Citizens!

Today the unthinkable occurred, someone robbed the militia blind of all their armour and weapons for their new recruits! This does not only damage the militia, it damages the livelihood of our village, this was done between yesterday and today in the vicinity of 'em banks and storage! if anyone has any information come forward, we will reward anyone who leads us to the culprit or the weapons.

In further news the village is slowly being plagued by bandits, one such as this man!

If you see him and his gang avoid him or call the local militia...

Add another two hundred gold pieces to this bounty, paid out by the Altmerian regional guard to anyone who brings this culprit in, dead or alive.

Be warned as always, he is extremely dangerous and is usual seen with his gang.
