NEW RULE: Character Limit

Hi all.

To encourage character development and trade interaction, and discourage the quick making of alts to fill perceived gaps in the market, we are imposing a limit of 2 characters per player.

Any player who currently has more than 2 characters can keep playing them, but dead characters can only be replaced up to the limit of two.
